HAFOD-Y-GREEN REHABILITATION AND NURSING CENTRE
Hafod-Y-Green is the specialist rehabilitation division of a family owned healthcare service established in 1990.
It is located at Trefnant, near to St. Asaph in North Wales, and is situated in three acres of woodlands and gardens.

Hafod y Green is a specialist rehabilitation and nursing centre, set in three acres of woodland and gardens. The Centre is located in the beautifully picturesque Vale of Clwyd near to St. Asaph in North Wales.
Nursing Services
The Centre provides a high quality of specialist rehabilitation and nursing service for those with acquired head injury and other severe physical disabilities such as spinal injury and stroke.
Specialist Care
In recognition of disabilities such as Hunttingtons, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease the Centre provides a high quality of specialist nursing care.
Through intensive therapeutic intervention, the Centre will assist patients to relearn how to move again, communicate, develop reasoning and memory strategies, to gain personal living skills, and support patients to come to terms with their disability.
The skills and facilities at Hafod y Green are totally dedicated to achievement of these aims.
The aims of the Centre are to:
Provide effective individual programmes designed to Maximise recovery of physical, cognitive and behavioural Functions leading to the best possible quality of life.
Provide training and support to the carers and families of patients.
Facilitate early and successful return of the patient to the family and community.
Promote and encourage independence and dignity to enable each patient to maintain a high quality of life irrespective of their disability and illness.
