About Us

Hafod-Y-Green is the specialist rehabilitation family owned healthcare service established in 1990. It is located at Trefnant, near to St. Asaph in North Wales, and is situated in three acres of woodlands and gardens.

STANDARDS AND QUALITY

The Centre is registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate (CSSIW) for the physically disabled. For each resident, clear outcomes are defined and measured by standards, taking into account their quality of life.

To assist in achieving our aims, we have developed and operate a quality management system which has gained BS EN ISO 9000: 1994 Certification, including aspects specific to the care and nursing professions.

MISSION STATEMENT

It is our intention to assist and encourage people with disabilities in all aspects of their daily life, regardless of their race, creed or colour, by providing the facilities necessary for their mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

Each person, whatever his or her disability has the right to be treated with respect, dignity and above all as a valuable individual who has a role to play in the community. Therefore, it is our belief that people with disabilities should have the freedom to pursue their aims in life.
